The renowned hotpot brand Shooloongkan Little Dragon Hill from Chengdu, Sichuan, has officially announced its entry into the Hong Kong market, with its first store located in the vibrant Causeway Bay at Lee Theatre, set to grandly open on June 26. To celebrate this launch, Xiaolongkan will offer amazing discounts on side dishes for the first three days of opening: a fantastic 40% off on the opening day, followed by 30% off on the second day and 20% off on the third day, enticing hotpot lovers to be the first to taste.

Xiaolongkan is famous for its spicy and fragrant broth, teeming with rich ingredients. A must-try is the signature Supreme Cellaring Beef Oil Red Hot Pot, priced at HKD 198, crafted with nine spices and slow-cooked with beef fat for an intense aroma and a robust kick of heat. For those who prefer a milder flavor, there’s a broth made from sun-dried Xinjiang yellow tomatoes, dried in the sun for 1600 hours, or the fresh and nourishing Yunnan mushroom broth, along with the collagen-rich Chengdu Mom’s pig trotter soup. The options are plentiful.

When it comes to side dishes, the selection of beef is particularly outstanding, featuring hand-cut short ribs, premium sealed door beef, and volcanic spicy beef. The volcanic spicy beef is priced at HKD 58 and is topped with dried chili, exuding a mouth-watering, spicy aroma, making it perfect for diners who love to push their taste buds to the limit. The brand has also launched the Nine Sons series of popular signature dishes, such as milk duck blood, black hairy beef, Tai Chi beef, and spicy crispy tongue, balancing texture and flavor. Some dishes, like the Tai Chi beef, even adopt a double marination technique, providing a rich and layered spicy experience.
