The modern Thai restaurant Mue Mue in Tsim Sha Tsui has launched a brand new “Land, Sea, and Air” main menu, reinterpreting carefully selected ingredients from the ocean, land, and sky to surprise diners with delightful Thai flavors. Highlighted recommendations include Australian lobster prepared in three different cooking styles, with its sweet, tender, and bouncy meat. These include the tantalizing Thai garlic tom yum stir-fried lobster, the rich and creamy Thai royal curry lobster, and the uniquely fragrant Thai-style lemongrass stir-fried lobster that caters to seafood enthusiasts’ discerning tastes. Don’t miss out on the treasure rocket squid from Vietnam, marinated in turmeric and spices before being char-grilled for a delightful, bouncy texture, served with a homemade Thai dipping sauce that’s both tangy and spicy.

When it comes to land-based cuisine, the most eye-catching dish is undoubtedly the giant wine-infused flaming volcanic ribs, perfect for sharing among 8 to 12 people. The pork belly ribs are first slow-cooked in a flavorful broth until tender, then served with a high concentration of wine poured on top and set alight, creating a stunning flame effect that adds drama to the dining experience. The smaller, wine-infused flaming ribs also pack a rich Thai spice flavor, making them an unforgettable treat for small groups.

As a representative of “Air King,” the Thai Royal Curry Crispy Chicken and the Spicy and Sour Sauce Grilled Chicken feature local Three-Yellow Chickens. The chickens are first air-dried and then deep-fried until the skin is golden and crispy, while the meat remains tender and juicy. The Spicy and Sour Sauce Grilled Chicken is accompanied by homemade Tom Yum spice and spicy-sour sauce, creating rich layers of flavor, while the Thai Royal Curry Crispy Chicken is paired with smooth and rich Thai curry sauce, delivering a taste of Southeast Asian flair in every bite.

In addition to a delightful taste experience, Mue Mue also brings a special surprise for birthday celebrants. Anyone who visits the store during their birthday week will receive a complimentary serving of fresh mango sticky rice. The sticky rice is soft and chewy, topped with sweet mango and coconut cream, creating a sweet and delicate treat that adds an extra touch of sweetness to birthday memories.

Mue Mue covers an area of 7,000 square feet, featuring 73 indoor seats and 60 outdoor elegant seats. With ivory white as the main tone, complemented by tropical plants and artistic decorations, it creates a modern yet relaxed dining atmosphere, allowing diners to feel as if they are in a tranquil oasis, savoring every meticulously crafted dish.
