“The Mysterious Trio Bento” features a top layer of fresh sashimi, air-freighted daily from Japan, offering a surprise each time you open it; the middle layer consists of melt-in-your-mouth A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef bowl, paired with a special sauce and a Japanese sun egg, rich in meaty aroma; the bottom layer showcases homemade fried Inaniwa udon in a bonito dashi, with a sweet and fresh broth, and chewy, bouncy udon, bringing a sense of joy to every layer of this Japanese meal.
Meanwhile, MINATO offers a lunch set menu highlighting a variety of Japanese cuisine from Monday to Friday, with prices starting at HKD 348. The diverse selections include appetizers, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), miso soup, and desserts or coffee; popular choices include the “Sashimi Set” (HKD 488) and the “Sushi Set” (HKD 468), crafted by the culinary team using the freshest seasonal seafood of the day; there are also the delightful “Tempura Set” (HKD 388) and the “Beef Sukiyaki Set” (HKD 368), among others.
