She stated that she drinks at least 2 liters of warm water every day, starting from her first cup after getting up, to cultivate healthy habits. Drinking warm water on an empty stomach in the morning can help with digestive movement and speed up metabolism. Additionally, she also carries a thermos with various health drinks, including coix seed water and honey lemon water, to keep her body in optimal condition at all times.

She particularly recommends V-shaped lifts and leg raises on the bed, which require no special equipment—just a yoga mat to achieve a perfect physique. She mentions that these can easily be completed even before bed and are especially effective for reducing leg swelling and strengthening the core muscles. For dietary control, Lin Chi-ling emphasizes that “health is more important than losing weight,” and maintaining a good figure does not require excessive restraint. She follows the “66 Diet,” which means eating only until 60% full at each meal and finishing dinner before 6 or 7 PM. She doesn’t intentionally avoid certain foods but tends to steer clear of high-fat and high-sugar items, focusing on whole foods like chicken breast and fish, which are high in protein, paired with an appropriate amount of fruits and vegetables. To maintain digestive health, she consumes unsweetened yogurt with fruit every day, satisfying her cravings while also providing nutrition.

In addition to exercising, Lin Chiling places great importance on full-body care. Every day, she spends 1-2 hours on body treatments, including milk baths and essential oil massages. She believes, “No matter how tired or busy you are, you must pamper yourself and take the time to make yourself beautiful; this is for your own good.” This dedication to self-care has allowed her to maintain youthful skin and figure even after turning fifty.
